At JojoRare, some products may be offered for pre-sale before their official release or expected availability date. This page explains how pre-sale orders work and what you should know before placing one.
1. What Is a Pre-Sale?
A pre-sale allows you to purchase an eligible product before it is officially released or becomes available for regular shipment.
Products available for pre-sale will be clearly identified on the applicable product page. The expected release date or estimated availability information will be provided whenever it is available to us.
2. Estimated Release Dates
Release dates provided for pre-sale products are based on information available from manufacturers, distributors, publishers, or other suppliers and may change without notice.
An estimated release date is not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, shipping carriers, supply issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the availability of a pre-sale product.
3. Payment for Pre-Sale Orders
Pre-sale orders may require payment at the time the order is placed. By placing a pre-sale order, you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged according to the terms presented during checkout.
4. Pre-Sale Orders With Other Products
If an order contains both pre-sale products and currently available products, the order may be held until the pre-sale products become available, unless otherwise stated on the product page or communicated by JojoRare.
If you would like available products to be shipped separately, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether separate shipment is available and whether additional conditions may apply.
5. Quantity Limits
To help ensure fair availability, JojoRare may limit the quantity of certain pre-sale products that a customer may purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders that exceed stated quantity limits or appear to be placed in violation of applicable purchasing restrictions.
6. Pre-Sale Price Changes
The price displayed when you place your pre-sale order is the price applicable to that order unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
Product prices may change after a pre-sale has been placed. Such changes will not automatically alter the price of an existing confirmed order unless otherwise communicated or required by law.
7. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a pre-sale order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@jojorare.shop.
Cancellation requests are subject to the status of the order and our Refund Policy. Once an order has been processed for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
8. Delayed or Cancelled Releases
If a manufacturer, distributor, or supplier delays, changes, or cancels a product release, JojoRare may need to adjust the estimated availability date or take other appropriate action.
If we are unable to fulfill a pre-sale order, we will contact the affected customer and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund where applicable.
9. Product Availability
Pre-sale availability is based on our expected inventory allocation and supply information. Placing a pre-sale order does not guarantee that a manufacturer or distributor will supply the exact quantity originally expected.
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill confirmed pre-sale orders as soon as the products become available.
10. Shipping
Pre-sale products are shipped after they become available for fulfillment. Estimated shipping times begin after the product is ready to ship and do not include the time before its release or availability date.

Pre-sale orders are subject to our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Product images, packaging, artwork, specifications, contents, and other details shown for pre-sale products may be based on preliminary information and may change before the official release.
Manufacturers may modify packaging, product contents, artwork, or other specifications without prior notice.
